Aubrey Redinger
Aubrey Redinger is a mental health clinician and educational administrator who is passionate about improving the human experience. Aubrey is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#7100) and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#116931) in the state of CA. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology, both from California Baptist University. During graduate school, Aubrey worked at the Grove Counseling Center, providing individual, group, and family therapy to children and adults. She also taught a life skills class to college students. Aubrey works under the supervision of Rachel Benson, LCSW, PMH-C. Aubrey sees a variety of clients, but especially focuses on anxiety, pregnancy & postpartum, self awareness and relationships.
As the Assistant Director of Student Success at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, Aubrey is a part of creating transformational education that is relational, for future counselors, coaches, and leaders. The Townsend Institute was founded by New York Times best selling author, psychologist, speaker and consultant, Dr. John Townsend. As an employee of the Townsend Institute, Aubrey has received training directly from Dr. Townsend. Aubrey is on the Mental Health Committee for Concordia University Irvine.
Aubrey is a certified facilitator for both Working Genius and SYMBIS. Aubrey is certified as a Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.
Aubrey is a member of CAMFT and CALPCC.
Aubrey is also the creator of Love to the Moms, a space that seeks to help moms smile in the transition from big girl pants to mom jeans. @lovetothemoms on Instagram.
